Buying Broadway tickets has never been easier.  

Ticketmaster now offers three ways to purchase your favorite Broadway tickets.  In addition to our standard Charge By Phone and Ticket Center services, buy your tickets online at ticketmaster.com.  Regardless of the method you choose, you’ll still have access to great customer service and the world’s largest inventory of theatre tickets.

Ticketmaster.com makes your buying experience as easy as possible.  Follow this step-by-step guide to online ticket buying.
 
STEP #1 - Find the Event 

Search for your favorite Broadway event by clicking on the Best of Broadway tile that resides on the home page of Ticketmaster.com.  Immediately a listing of all Ticketmaster ticketed Broadway shows is displayed.  A wealth of information is now at your fingertips!  Show descriptions, Theatre information and, of course, buying tickets.

If you already know the name of the show you are interested in, you can also Search for your favorite show by typing the name of the show into the Search for Event form at the top of any page.  Select New York and press Go.  All information related to this show will be displayed.

STEP #2 - Check Ticket Availability 

From the Best of Broadway page, click the Tickets link for the show you want.  If you Search for your event, click on the correct event from the Search Results.

Click on event listings for dates when tickets go on sale. The circular green On Sale icon next to an event listing lets you know tickets are currently on sale for that event.  

STEP #3 - Select Event and Begin Ticket Request
Click on the show you wish to attend. Next, select the: 

•	Number of tickets for purchase
•	Desired seating area and price level 
•	Delivery option 

STEP #4 — See Available Tickets and Make Your Purchase

Ticketmaster.com searches for the best tickets available based on your price or seating selection. You may view a seating chart and continue with the transaction by entering your credit card and billing address or log into My Account, to create your own personalized account with Ticketmaster.com.

STEP #5 - Review Confirmation Page
After you accept your tickets and enter credit card information, you will see a confirmation page, where you will review your complete order, event information, ticket price, handling charges, and billing information.  Print this page for future reference.

STEP #6 - Complete Ticket Order
Complete your ticket order by clicking on Continue at the bottom of the confirmation page. You will then receive an account number and customer service information for any questions. 

STEP #7 - Receive Confirmation Email
Within five minutes of placing your ticket order on ticketmaster.com you will receive a confirmation email with your event and billing information.
